Your backchannel for surviving the system.

Strategy, not self-help. This isn't performative positivity. This is clarity, protection, and intelligent navigation.

What is Work's Not Working?

You worked hard. You followed the process. You spoke up.

And it still cost you.

Work's Not Working is a private workplace strategy community for professionals navigating toxic work environments, office politics, and structural power imbalances inside modern organizations.

This isn't self-help. This isn't performative positivity.

This is strategy.

Clear analysis of workplace power dynamics. Practical tactics to protect your role, reputation, and mental health. A discreet community of Quiet Rebels comparing notes.

Survival isn't surrender.

We don't fix the system. We outsmart it together.

Why I Built Work's Not Working

I've spent 25 years inside technology companies that said all the right things.

Values. Transparency. Inclusion. Culture.

And I watched smart, capable professionals get sidelined anyway.

Not because they lacked talent. Because they lacked structural power.

I've sat in executive meetings. I've seen how decisions are framed, protected, and justified. I've watched high performers burn out trying to handle it the right way.

Most people don't need motivation. They need workplace strategy.

They need to know:

  • How to document issues without escalating prematurely
  • How to protect themselves from retaliation at work
  • How to navigate office politics without becoming political
  • How to exit strategically if necessary

So I built Work's Not Working.

Not corporate therapy. A backchannel.

A place where we stop pretending workplace dysfunction is rare. A place where we name patterns clearly. A place where isolation turns into informed, disciplined strategy.

I call the members here Quiet Rebels.

Not passive. Strategic.

If you are thoughtful, disciplined, and tired of pretending everything is fine, you are in the right place.

Work is not working. But you still have to. So we move smarter.

Who This Is Not For

Work's Not Working is not for everyone.

It is not for:

  • Those who prefer outrage to disciplined analysis
  • Leaders seeking reputation insulation instead of accountability
  • Anyone convinced workplace systems are neutral and merit alone determines outcomes

This is for professionals who understand nuance. Professionals who recognize structural issues at work and still need to operate inside them. Professionals who value disciplined thinking over drama. Professionals who value discretion.
