Welcome to Work's Not Working. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Work's Not Working platform (the "Platform"), operated by Work Evolution Framework LLC.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or community standards.

3. Community Conduct

This is a high-trust environment. You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Share confidential member information outside the Platform
  • Post sensitive personal data
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform

We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion if conduct violates these standards.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Work Evolution Framework LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

5. Contributions and Subscription Billing

A. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.

B. Recurring Subscriptions

If you enroll in a recurring contribution or membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or payment provider dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

C. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, contributions and subscription payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, materials, and proprietary resources provided by Work's Not Working are the property of Work Evolution Framework LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

The Platform provides educational and strategic guidance only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work Evolution Framework LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No Employment Relationship

The Platform provides educational content, community discussion, and strategic guidance. Nothing on the Platform creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Work Evolution Framework LLC.

Participation in the community does not constitute employment, consulting, or legal representation.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide frameworks, strategy, and community support. We do not guarantee specific professional, financial, employment, or career outcomes.

Your results depend on your own decisions, actions, and circumstances.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Work Evolution Framework LLC and its officers, members, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you post or share

10. DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
